From day one, explaining why we wanted to sell our house and why we were trying to buy a new one, they were engaged with us, not just a sale. They were empathetic towards us selling our first home and how emotional that could be. They were extremely responsive to all questions we had, despite some of them being somewhat unnecessary. Isaiah and Morgan completed extensive research to know what homes in our neighborhood were selling for and what the typical buyer of our home was looking for. They quickly learned all of the ins and outs of our HOA and community nuances. They worked on our schedule and ran every setting and marketing decision by us, even though they had a fabulous plan. Very Highly Recommend. I sought out Isaiah and Morgan Votaw after a highly successful sale, pricewise, in my same development. It sold for significantly higher than I expected. I invited them over to hear their strategy on how they would position my home in the marketplace to get the best return on my place (and investment) as I was leaving the state to return back to my boyhood town to be with my Dad. Isaiah brought a low pressure yet very informed, researched plan of action with built-in flexibility based on my needs. I hadn’t anticipated the marketing strategy that Morgan leads. That was a real eye-opener for me as it was very clear to see the benefits her plan would bring to make my place stand out. She is a pro. I felt very comfortable with them as they listened to my objectives and I listened to their experienced solutions. I knew they were the right team to execute my goals. One of Morgan’s strategies was staging my home. I agreed and it was worth it. The psychological difference it makes cannot be understated. Very inviting to the buyer. The photography that she directed and the execution of the marketing materials/media presence was designed to prompt action, and it did. It was great having Isaiah available to text to, talk to over the phone, and in person navigating me through the entire process. One might forget all the “bits and pieces” involved. Isaiah is a calming, knowledgeable influence and it was reassuring to have him on my side from beginning through the final handshake and smile. Isiah and Morgan were a phenomenal team. They listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was listened to. They had many options of properties for me to view but they did not try to push anything and respected my decisions. They were tenacious and fought to get me the best deal and terms possible. They made the process as seamless and pain free as possible. Being a veteran himself, Isiah understands how to navigate a VA loan. He was able to work with my broker from out of the area and facilitated all document signings to occur out of town at a place that was convenient for my schedule.
